Intern Podcast

In the summer of 2024, I had the privilege of being the first-ever Marketing Intern at Annex Wealth Management. One of my key projects over the course of the summer was launching and leading the intern podcast, The Intern Survival Guide. Alongside fellow interns, I interviewed professionals across the firm to share career insights and practical advice with students navigating their own career paths, creating content that was both informative and engaging. I was responsible for developing episode outlines, coordinating and scheduling guests, and hosting each episode. This was challenging at first as it required stepping outside of my comfort zone to lead conversations with experienced professionals, manage strict production timelines, and ensure each episode maintained a cohesive tone and value for our listeners. However, it ultimately strengthened my confidence in public speaking, project management, and content strategy, skills that are now foundational to my approach in marketing.
